skills and training

I've been seeing in clan was and the very few tc that we do that many people lack skills of side scraping and one v one etc. I think that this should be solved to where common commanders like chickan and kj and all the other callers or people who are experienced teaching people skills of driving their tank. Saying that i think we should make often training rooms and everyone online at the time should have to come to them. Again I find this a BIG problem, but this is my opinion please solve this though.
